Can you help us with a LIHTC Year 15?
Yes. LIHTC Y15s can be very straightforward, but are occasionally quite complex or even contentious. Archipelago can support developer/owner (GP) or investor (LP) entities on LIHTC dispositions.

Currently we are only looking at small multifamily in Allegheny County, PA.
